Essential information
- Thirty days create a calendar, not a guaranteed result.
- Use an initial diagnostic to distribute time while keeping all four skills present.
- Every week should include correction, delayed repetition and work on unfamiliar material.

What you need to know
Use the first week to measure all four skills, the middle two weeks to repair the weaknesses that cost the most, and the final week to stabilise your process under time pressure. Every day should include an attempt, a correction, or a deliberate review—not passive browsing.
With Pack Ayoub, select exercises from the 2019–2026 collection, use unlimited written and oral simulations, and track whether the same errors return. The calendar becomes powerful when every correction changes the next task.
Week 1: diagnose and organise
Complete representative tasks in all four skills. Create an error log and rank weaknesses by impact. Decide on a sustainable daily time block and protect it in your schedule.
Weeks 2 and 3: targeted practice
Spend most of your time on the top two priorities while maintaining the other skills. Alternate careful learning sessions with timed attempts. Revisit similar tasks after correction so feedback changes your next performance.
- Practise productive skills several times each week.
- Group vocabulary by situation and communicative purpose.
- Run at least one mixed-skill simulation each week.
Week 4: stabilise your method
Reduce experimentation and use strategies you can execute confidently. Review recurring errors, complete realistic timed practice, and leave enough recovery time. Confirm the current rules and practical details with official sources and your approved centre.
A practical 30-day progression
| Days | Main work | Evidence to retain |
|---|---|---|
| 1–2 | Confirm the format; complete short attempts in all four skills | Conditions, timing and one observation per skill |
| 3–7 | Analyse one receptive and one productive weakness | Error causes and corrected second attempts |
| 8–14 | Isolate the priority mechanisms while maintaining other skills | A rule explained and transferred to another task |
| 15–21 | Use varied topics and introduce timed mixed work | Results on unfamiliar material |
| 22–27 | Complete broader simulations and repair remaining patterns | Skill-by-skill review without invented conversions |
| 28–30 | Confirm logistics, consolidate and decide the next step | Centre instructions and a realistic continuation plan |
Example: adapt the month to an interaction weakness
Practice exercise
Your reading is consistent, but your speaking questions do not react to the other person’s answers. How should the calendar change without abandoning reading?
Suggested answer
Keep short reading sessions for maintenance and give more sessions to exchanges with variable answers. After each interaction, identify one missed follow-up and replay only that moment with a different answer from the partner.
Why this answer works
Priority changes the distribution of time, not the existence of the four skills.
The correction targets listening and adaptation. Memorising a longer list of isolated questions would not necessarily solve the problem.
Use one decision checkpoint every seven days
- 1
Compare unfamiliar work
Do not judge improvement only from an exercise you have already corrected.
- 2
Find one stable change
Identify a process you can now perform with less help or fewer repeated errors.
- 3
Retain one priority
Avoid replacing the entire programme after one difficult result.
- 4
Change one variable
Adjust frequency, task difficulty or correction method and observe the effect during the next week.
If you miss several days, rebuild instead of compressing
Do not force every missed activity into the remaining evenings. Keep the highest-impact repair task, one productive task and short maintenance contact with the other skills. Move the broader simulation if you cannot also review it.
A calendar is useful only when it reflects your real availability. Record why the interruption occurred and reduce friction for the next session: choose the prompt, prepare headphones or open your error log in advance.
Use the final days for stability and logistics
Reduce unnecessary experimentation. Revisit dependable processes, complete shorter work on recurring errors and protect sleep and concentration. Confirm identification, arrival time, route and centre-specific instructions directly with the approved centre.
If your practice remains far from the verified requirement, a 30-day schedule does not turn uncertainty into a promise. Use the evidence to decide whether you need more time, broader language support or professional guidance.
Design daily work around complete cycles
A weekday session can be short if it includes one attempt, a cause-based review and a transfer note. Longer weekend periods can combine productive work, mixed timing and weekly decisions. Do not schedule only exercise starts.
Alternate receptive and productive demands so fatigue does not repeatedly fall on the same skill. Keep one recovery day or lighter session available instead of assuming perfect attendance for thirty consecutive days.
Frequently asked questions
Does this plan guarantee NCLC 9?
No. It organises preparation and review. No study calendar or preparation platform can guarantee an official result.
What if I miss several days?
Keep the highest-impact activities, remove low-value volume and restore a sustainable sequence. Do not sacrifice correction merely to tick every box.
Can I use the plan with Pack Ayoub?
Yes. Select Pack Ayoub activities that match each week’s operation, then retain your own error evidence and transfer attempts.
