What you need to know
Six weeks gives you enough time to do more than rehearse the format. You can diagnose your four-skill profile, repair priority mechanisms, repeat them across new topics, and complete several simulations without sacrificing correction. The programme below uses a weekly decision cycle instead of a rigid pile of exercises.
Plan five focused sessions and one review or simulation block each week. A session may last 45 to 90 minutes; what matters is that it produces evidence. Pack Ayoub supplies the 2019–2026 collection, recent writing and speaking topics, unlimited AI conversations, detailed feedback, and saved history for comparing attempts.
Week 1: establish the baseline and your score map
Learn the exact structure of the four tests, then complete unfamiliar samples under time pressure. For every skill, record what works, what fails, and why. Compare this evidence with the result required by your own objective, skill by skill.
Choose two priority mechanisms, not two vague subjects. ‘Reading’ becomes ‘I select options that reuse the text’s words even when they change the author’s position.’ ‘Speaking’ becomes ‘I state an opinion but do not support it with a developed example.’ These statements can control practice.
Weeks 2 and 3: repair comprehension and production
In week 2, alternate active listening and evidence-based reading. Analyse distractors, paraphrases, logical relationships, corrected details, and changes of intention. Finish the week with a timed mixed comprehension set and compare error causes with the baseline.
In week 3, work through the three writing and three speaking tasks. Use stable processes: instruction checklist, paragraph functions, targeted review, direct oral position, developed reasons, concrete examples, questions, and follow-ups. After Pack Ayoub feedback, make a second complete attempt without reading the correction.
Weeks 4 and 5: integrate the skills under pressure
Week 4 connects vocabulary and grammar to the operations that need them. Build lexical groups around common situations, then use them in a message, interaction, or argument. Repair recurring agreements, verb forms, prepositions, and sentence boundaries only where they improve clarity or accuracy.
Week 5 introduces two mixed simulations. Reproduce timing, remove assistance, and record recovery after difficulty. Review the first simulation before completing the second. If the same problem returns, reduce the number of targets and increase deliberate repetition rather than changing the entire method.
Week 6: stabilise performance and test-day decisions
Complete one final full simulation early in the week. Compare it with week 1 using the same categories: task completion, accuracy, timing, hesitation, and causes. The remaining sessions should reinforce reliable processes and the few recurring errors that still affect meaning.
Reduce the load during the final days. Confirm current administrative details with your approved centre, prepare identification and travel, and protect sleep. A stable method executed calmly is the final product of the six-week programme.

A weekly rhythm that remains sustainable
- 1
Session 1
Learn or repair the week’s main mechanism on a small sample.
- 2
Session 2
Repeat the mechanism on a different topic with partial support.
- 3
Session 3
Maintain a second skill and review its error notebook.
- 4
Session 4
Complete a timed writing or speaking production and use Pack Ayoub feedback.
- 5
Session 5
Transfer the main mechanism without assistance.
- 6
Checkpoint
Compare unfamiliar work and choose next week’s single adjustment.
Original example: a week built around weak oral interaction
Practice exercise
The diagnostic shows that task 2 questions are grammatical but repetitive and follow-ups ignore the answer. How should week 3 change?
Suggested answer
Use one session to build question families, one to transform answers into follow-ups, one AI conversation to practise listening and adapting, and one recorded unfamiliar role-play. Maintain comprehension with two short timed sets, then compare the final interaction with the baseline.
Why this answer works
Every activity attacks the same mechanism from a different angle.
The final role-play tests adaptation rather than memory of one dialogue.
Frequently asked questions
Is six weeks enough for a beginner?
It is enough to build a serious routine and visible progress, but the required starting level and target differ. Use week 1 evidence to decide whether the timeline matches your objective.
How many simulations should I complete?
Use shorter weekly checkpoints and at least three broader mixed simulations across the programme. Review each one before adding another.
What if one skill improves much faster?
Move it to maintenance and give the recovered time to the highest-impact unstable mechanism. Continue checking the stronger skill so the gain remains available under pressure.
Can Pack Ayoub support the whole six-week plan?
Yes. All plans include the complete collection, unlimited written and oral simulations, unlimited AI conversations and feedback, personalised tracking, and priority technical support.
